Terms of Service
What follows is the fine print. Our reputation speaks for itself with a 4.9 average rating and we work hard to make sure you are happy. What follows is everything you need to know. Have any questions? Just ask! We are here to help!
Processing Your Order
All orders take an estimated 2-7 days for processing. We process all orders by the time we receive them. Orders will only be shipped on our designated shipping days (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday). If an order is placed on Wednesday, the soonest an order will be shipped is Monday. Note, purchasing either the 2-day or overnight shipping doesn't increase your orders priority.
If you have a special request please add a note with your order. This can be found in the cart (just before you check out).
We are currently using USPS to ship out our plant orders. We do offer FedEx shipping for faster delivery.
We ship to majority of the US State including: California, Arizona, and Hawaii. We unfortunately don't ship to Alaska, U.S. Territory's unless US Mail is delivered there (we can ship to Puerto Rico for example).
We are a registered nursery with the proper certificates to ship plants into AG sensitive states. This can (under extremely rare circumstances) cause plants to be delayed. We keep an eye out on our shipments, but if you do notice a delay, please reach out to us on our "contact us" page immediately.
Terms for Cancellation and Returns
Please be aware, all sales are final once shipped. Plant Madness does not accept returns on any online purchases. We sell rare plant stock with very limited availability and weekly change our inventory offered, we do not accept changes or cancellations 24 hours after an order is placed. If you place an order and need to make a change please email us within 24 hours of placing the order. If contacted after 24 hours we will do our best to accommodate change requests but can not guarantee a change can be made pending where your order is in the fulfillment process.
Terms for refund
If your plant arrives damaged please reach out on our Contact Us page within 48 hours of delivery. All inquiries are handled by a case by case basis.
We are not responsible for weather based damage that occurred during transit. All plants that leave our location are shipped in healthy condition. It’s the responsibility of the customer to understand that they are ordering a live product, and understand that we have no control over what conditions the plant encounters during transit. If you receive a dead plant please inform us within 48 hours of delivery (time stamped delivered on the tracking information). Send pics of the box and the plant to verify damage.
Minor damage, while unwanted, must be expected with any plant order. Broken, wilted leaves and spilled soil during shipping are NOT CONSIDERED being severe damage and happen very often. Leaf bruising is common during shipping. PLEASE do not order from us if this is an issue.
Our plants are grown in greenhouses and NOT in a sterile grow room. They will have "imperfections". We do not sell plastic plants. There are very good vendors that do sell life like artificial plants. We are NOT one of them. We sell only live plants with "imperfections" as mother nature intended.
Customers must be able to provide proof of the issue at hand (either through photo or video) so our team is able to assess and quickly handle any problems that may arise. Please do not make changes or alterations to the plant prior to contacting our support team. Failure to contact us within the 48 hour window, provide proof of the issue or alter the plant may void refund/replacement opportunity.
Policy on plant cuttings
Plant cuttings are an affordable way to get a variety of the popular plants; however, there are risks involved with these that the customer must accept. Plant Cuttings are unestablished plant material, and as such aren’t guaranteed to root, have any specific color, growth pattern or shape. They are also susceptible to transit damage. We do not accept returns, credit or assume liability for these kinds of transactions once they leave our care. If you are not willing to accept this risk please consider buying a fully rooted plant.
