All orders ship Monday through Tuesday under our standard shipping rate. We also ship Wednesday if express service is selected. We limit our shipping days to avoid weekend layover.  Expedited shipping methods do not change the handling time of your order, but do decrease the time your plants will spend in the mail once shipped.

We are sorry that your plant arrived in unideal codition. All plants are personally inspected and packed delicatley for their journey to their new home, but sometimes issues happen. Please reach out within 24-48 hrs of receving your plant. We ask that you send us a picture of the plants codnition, where you purchased it (if on one of our other selling plateforms) and your order ID. One of our staff will be happy to assit you further once this recieved.

We cannot add an item to your existing order, but if you place an additional order before Sunday at midnight the orders will be combined for shipping if possible.  Changes must be made and confirmed by us prior to Sunday midnight.  Not all changes can be accomidated but we will do our best. 

Yes we can.  Just be aware of your local import laws as we are not responsible for any plant impounded in your country.  A seperate $100.00 fee is charged to us by the local agricultural dept. for a phyto/inspection and will be passed on to you.  Please contact us before purchasing to see if we change ship to your country.  

We always recommend customers create an account with the same email used to place the order to be able to see the status of an order. 
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email notification that contains an important tracking number. You can track your order by looking up the tracking number on the delivery company's website.


We are located just outside of Royal Palm Beach, Florida.  We do ship nationwide. Our greenhouses are not open to the public and we do not have a retail store. Ordering is only available online.

Yes, on some plants we do have enough for wholesale orders.  There is a $1,000 min order.  Please tell us what you are looing for and the quanity you desire. 

No sorry. We are not set up with the staff and facilities to allow the public to visit. 

We can hold an order for up to a week, but not beyond that due to inventory rotation.
