To better protect ordered plants from weekend layovers, we only ship MON-TUES (Standard Shipping) + MON-WED (2Day/Overnight only)
Please take this into consideration when placing your order. For example, if you are to make a purchase Wednesday night it will be shipped out to you until the following Monday. By only shipping at the beginning of the week this allows your plant(s) to avoid being delayed.
DO NOT LET YOUR PLANT MATERIAL SIT IN THE MAILBOX OR SUNNY/FREEZING PORCH. We talk to and leave a sign to remind our mail carriers to leave our boxes in a safe place.
Please be aware of the WEATHER in your area. We won’t be responsible for weather-related or mishandling of packages. Once the package leaves our greenhouse we have no control of the shipping processes.
Heat packs are available for PlantMadness orders only! PLEASE CHECK YOUR WEATHER FORECAST, anything bellow 45F risk cold damage. If your area falls under this category please include one of these with your order, and consider either 2-day or overnight shipping (if not already included).
Broken leaves, bruised leaves and spilled soil during shipping are NOT CONSIDERED being severe damage and can happen. Leaf bruising is common during shipping. If your plants got severely damaged in shipping please provide a photo of the box and damaged plant within the first 24 hours. If the plant is deemed severely damaged (beyond broken leaves), we will either replace or credit you. Void after 24 hours.
We can ship to P.O. boxes (only through USPS)
